When booking your dog will be given a specific time slot – I respectfully ask that you are punctual when arriving AND collecting after their groom.  As a 1–1 groomer I have a schedule to adhere to for everyone’s convenience.   Any client arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment time may not be guaranteed the service and will be charged for the appointment slot without the groom.  Anyone who books an appointment and doesn’t turn up will be invoiced full price.

Cancellations of booked appointments within 48 hours of appointment – 50% of groom fee will be charged.

New clients, upon arrival, will be asked to complete a registration / t&c’s  form – please be honest when describing your dogs behaviour.   If you have not disclosed any information relevant to me grooming your dog (ie biting or medical conditions etc) I reserve the right to stop the groom at any point and you will be required to pay for a full groom.

I take before & after photos of each groom, primarily for my reference but I reserve the right to use these on my social media.
